SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
TWO TWO THREE ships products within Australia and, where available, to selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions or product launches. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location
- shipping method selected
- order size and weight
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Indicative delivery timeframes:
- Standard shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
- Express shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, customs clearance or supplier and service disruptions.
TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
RISK, TITLE AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address nominated in your order. Title passes once full payment has been received.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If goods are:
- lost in transit, or
- damaged during delivery
please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you choose to provide authority to leave, delivery is completed once the courier leaves the parcel at the nominated address. TWO TWO THREE is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery where authority to leave has been provided.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
